I’m drinking some New Belgium Voodoo Ranger IPA, roasting pumpkin seeds, and trying to decide what game to play on my dying Xbox 360.

I’m eating roasted pumpkin seeds, and thinking about what to get out of the fridge.
What do you put on the seeds? My last batch was something like this:
1 part chili powder
1/2 part garlic powder
1/4 part celery salt
1/4 part cayenne pepper
dollop of oil on all the seeds, mixed in a bowl, then all the seasonings mixed in. 350F for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet.

This is my first time doing it, so I just followed some guidelines online. Just melted butter and salt, then in the oven at 300° for about 40 mins.

I find that they are delicious many different ways. Hence, I just throw ingredients together at this point, and see what happens. Never had a bad batch...

Its only 1 of 2 IPAs that I’ve tried and actually liked. I also got to drink it the same day it was bottled when I did the New Belgium tour this Summer.

That’s an easy one!
Up is an arbitrary direction in a two or three dimensional coordinate system.

Do these have to be special in any way? As in the seeds, do you just pull them from a traditional orange pumpkin? I randomly tried from a japanese pumpkin and they were still fairly hard even after 1.5 hours at 350*
